How we handle patient information

Mridul Dental Care Centre collects only the information needed to provide dental care, manage appointments, maintain treatment records and follow up with patients.

Information we may collect

Name, contact details, age, area, dental concerns, medical alerts shared by the patient, appointment details, uploaded dental reports, prescriptions, certificates and treatment notes issued by the clinic.

Why we collect it

To identify the patient, support diagnosis and treatment planning, maintain continuity of care, issue clinic documents, send reminders and respond to patient requests.

Access and security

Patient records are available only to the logged-in patient account and approved clinic admin accounts. The clinic should never ask patients to share passwords.

Consent

Patients must consent before creating a portal account or uploading records. Consent can be withdrawn by contacting the clinic, subject to legal and clinical record-keeping requirements.

Important note

The patient portal is not for emergencies. For severe pain, swelling, trauma, fever or bleeding, call the clinic directly or seek urgent medical care.
